“There’s always room for ice cream.” Some of the wisest words I’ve ever heard, from my dear Uncle John. As a child my nickname was DQ – short for Dairy Queen. Yes, I love ice cream*. Don’t judge. I’ve always wanted to start a blog about my love for ice cream and my ice cream adventures. The thought of brain freeze and fat pants, stop me in my tracks. Every.single.time.
